Advance Pro employees two full time pre and post sales technical support staff providing both pre and post sales systems consultation, design and documentation services as well as complex "on site": high level programming, systems commissioning, trouble shooting and repair.
Advance Pro technical support staff are required to take and maintain the highest level technical training available to stay abreast of emerging technologies in the low voltage electronics industry. Training includes courses offered through Red River College, NSCA (National Systems Contractor Association) as well as those offered by manufacturer factory training representatives.
